Our Grooming Policies
We are committed to ensuring the wellbeing of every pet. If a service poses a risk, we reserve the right to stop it for safety reasons.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid fees. No-shows may incur a fee, and late pickups are subject to additional charges after a grace period.
Health and Safety Guidelines
If your pet is ill, has been vomiting, or has a contagious condition, please reschedule. We may take photos for our gallery unless you opt out.
